Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Technical issues preventing service usage that cannot be resolved by our support team
  • Service unavailability due to system-wide outages
  • Account termination due to policy changes

Refund Calculations

Refunds are calculated based on:

  • Number of map views used during the service period
  • Time elapsed since subscription activation
  • Any referral rewards or bonuses received

The refund amount will be calculated as follows:

  • Full refund if no map views were used
  • Partial refund = Original payment - (Used map views × $0.02) - Processing fees
  • No refund if all allocated map views have been used

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Used map views
  • Referral bonuses already awarded
  • Processing fees

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team with your account details
  2. Provide the reason for your refund request
  3. Allow up to 5 business days for review
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
